Always enjoy your instruction, Matthew. This presentation was excellent. Your version of CB 11 appears somewhat different than mine. As example mine has no quantize window. I have the quantize feature but no box in the inspector. Also, my rerecord feature seems to work differently than yours. Of course I could be doing something wrong. When I check the rerecord feature in the common area and employ feature, I get no pre-roll. It jumps straight to the locator. That ok at the beginning of the recording as there's a count off. after that it has little value unless, as I say I'm doing something wrong... that's always possible.
