hi, im not sure on the second question. but this worked for me as well I suppose you could use the MIDI FX plug-in Modifier, pick CC7 Volume as the Input Event option, and keep the Re-Assign parameter off to prevent a channel strip from responding to MIDI volume mistakenly supplied from a keyboard slider. That should prevent the MIDI CC from reaching the channel strip and adjusting the volume by mistake. There's definitely a better method to accomplish this [globally? ], but that's all I can think of for now.

its usually your apple email id which they ask for, which shouldnt be a problem in giving.

just close your anti rotation. and automatically it would shift to the full screen. or you can also click on the icon, usually on the bottom right corner

A PC that's shut down uses almost no power, but you have to go through the full startup when you want to use it. A sleeping PC uses just enough power to keep it's memory active and comes back to life almost instantly, making it good for when you're not using the PC for the short term.
