There are no tutorials in any shape or form anywhere on Metasynth, Artmatic Pro, Artmatic Voyager & other incredible softwares made exclusively for Mac from uisoftware, this is something that would be of great interest not only to me I believe but also for those who want to fuse visual animation & music through this fantastic suite. Is there anybody else in this forum that would like to see this happen on MacProVideo? Go take a look at uisoftware website & if you like what you see please ask for tutorials.

I meddle with these fantastic apps but nowhere near where I want to go. Please offer the best possible instructional vids for this suite from the high Wizzes. I left a post long ago nothing happened. Still need this because the tuts found on the metasynth site are definitely not enough & if you go with the manual the learning curve is forever!

I would be very interested in an in-depth set of tutorials for MetaSynth. The included tutorial material and the videos Edward has done are a good jumping off point. But I would welcome something that goes much deeper into the capabilities of this software. Matt

Still very interested after all these years! Last Time I communicated with Edward he confided that MPV certainly wouldn't be hot to make vids on Metasynth because it was not a widely known or popular app rather specialised & esoteric. Maybe if Edward made the tuts himself (who better than him?) it would get the attention it deserves because it's pretty amazing & unique (suite included) bridging music with graphics. Dreamy stuff for artists, I think better than Resolume if you want to go further than regular Vjing or that kind of production. Just imagining what Steve H might do with this. Just a thought. Who wants to pick up this ball?

Edward has made some videos but my guess is, from my own contact with him, that lack of time would be a factor. I considered approaching Dan Worrell (who has done some excellent tutorial videos for other people) but he's never used MetaSynth. I can empathise with MPV. Even such a community as MetaSynth has seems very sleepy (based on my experience with the mailing list). They're not screaming out for this kind of resource. No such problem selling videos for Logic or Live I guess (and I've bought both from MPV). Pity. M.

Hey guys! I've used MS many times but not in the last 5 years... I've got an old PPC version that won't boot on my Intel Mac. Has it changed a lot... Cool new features? It's hard to commit resources to this kind of product... Personally, I'd love to see a complete tutorial. How about we group-source a trainer search and let me know the results? If we find someone who is enthusiastic and committed... I'll sign him! I am totally commit to the needs of our community. Thanks, Steve H
