Hi. Overview tutorials are valuable but for a suite like Komplete they can only scratch the surface. I'm thinking, in particular, of Kontakt and Reaktor. They are both complex products that are a little hard to get into on the supplied documentation. The NI user forums (and libraries) are a mine of experience but it takes a lot of time to explore them. I'd love to see an in-depth tutorial on both going into creating instruments and ensembles and, on the Reaktor side, firming up what the basic tutorials can teach you and going beyond into what's possible. I've dabbled with both and never feel like I'm getting the best of them. I would consider a great, in-depth, tutorial as a good investment. Regards, Matt

I would be very interested in an in-depth set of tutorials for MetaSynth. The included tutorial material and the videos Edward has done are a good jumping off point. But I would welcome something that goes much deeper into the capabilities of this software. Matt

Edward has made some videos but my guess is, from my own contact with him, that lack of time would be a factor. I considered approaching Dan Worrell (who has done some excellent tutorial videos for other people) but he's never used MetaSynth. I can empathise with MPV. Even such a community as MetaSynth has seems very sleepy (based on my experience with the mailing list). They're not screaming out for this kind of resource. No such problem selling videos for Logic or Live I guess (and I've bought both from MPV). Pity. M.

I'm a new user so I can't tell you if it's changed much. I think the Spectrum Synth is fairly new (v4 or v5) and that's very cool. If you're looking for someone who could do this kind of in-depth tutorial look no further than Andrew Souter of Galbanum (http://www.galbanum.com/) He says he's busy with Galbanum/2CAudio stuff and while I believe that's true I think he'd get a kick out of doing this so I think he may be persuadable.
