Do you mean you want to tap the same drum pad repeatedly and have it play a sequence of either random or predetermined notes? I guess something could probably be set up with a Javascript in the Scripter MIDI plug-in.
If you don't have any scripting skills, maybe you could set up something that works for you with an existing MIDI plug-in, like the Randomizer MIDI plug-in for random pitch sequences, or the Transposer plug-in -- if you set the Screen Control Inspector [in Edit view] for the PitchBend object to control the Transpose slider, so you could play in a sequence of notes by moving the keyboard's pitchbend wheel in realtime..? A little hard to control if you have a specific sequence of pitches in mind, though.. Perhaps there'd be a way to adapt the Arpeggiator MIDI plug-in to what you're looking to do..
I attached a link to a MainStage course [above] -- maybe check out the video on MIDI plug-ins [video #25] to get some ideas [he demonstrates the Randomizer with Velocity but if you switch it to Note Number you'd get different pitches for every tap on the same note].. Obviously there'll be more information on the MIDI plug-ins in the MS manual, and you might be able to find additional videos that touch on them in some of the Logic courses..
