The audio/video sync is correct in the original version of the video playing directly from my hard drive, confirming that it's a streaming artifact of some sort. This audio/video sync issue happened a couple of times when I played through the video online, but I could not reproduce it consistently -- refreshing the page seemed to put the streaming audio & video back in sync. It could be a specific browser/network issue, but just in case I'll pass the information on to our techs.. Btw, you are correct, the orange arrows indicate the key downbeats in the audio, showing the initial edit and how that corrected the timing for the other clicks -- or it least it would show that if the audio & video were in perfect sync. For now, trust your ears rather than the display during those playback passages -- you can hear that after the edit(s) each downbeat (accented) click does in fact fall on a downbeat, regardless of where the playback cursor is at that moment in the video.
