good overview on how to record with dslr. But I am missing more examples of footage or different settings. also some recommendations on lenses or mics would be nice. An deeper explanation on how to use which setting to achieve the different looks with iso, exposure etc.
looking forward to the next tutorial for lighting.

Great Insight on the starters of DSLR Video techniques, great for beginners to learn the basics and great for more experienced to recap and learn new things.

I've used my daughter's Nikon DSLR for shooting video a couple of times and have suffered from the sheer weight of options available, although the results were good. After following this course, I now know what choices to make and some of the pitfalls to avoid. Matt is an agreeable presenter whose experience in the field comes through in every lesson clip. I will be reviewing the notes I've taken and won't hesitate to go back and watch some lessons again once I've done some practical work.

Another informative and entertaining tutorial, I was however hoping for a bit more depth in the topics covered (lot of topics not much depth). But really whet's the brainbuds to further study!
