Get into aerial photography! The first two sections in this course deal with the unique set-up and location challenges that aerial photographers face when deploying drone technology. Trainer Matt Vanacoro explains the importance of pre-flight preparation, terrain analysis, air-traffic checking, craft set-up and camera calibration. This is followed by an "up-in-the-air" section where you learn about photo-friendly takeoffs and landings, GPS & gimbal controls.
The next series of tutorials is focussed specifically on aerial photography. Matt explains exposure, filters, route control, frame rates, shutter speed and much more. You also learn how to shoot extraordinary slow motion, HDR footage and how to get that impressive 35 millimeter "film" look.
The tutorials in this course are about aerial photography. It specifically addresses the photographic technicalities that are encountered when shooting aerial shots. It doesn't focus on drone safety and legalities. Please contact your local authorities regarding the proper and legal use of drones no matter whether you're a professional or a hobbyist.
