I have to admit I regarded iMovie as just another play-at-home gadget.
This in-depth course by my favourite trainer shows my error.
For many video creators this app is more than enough for creating great movies.

Really good intro course, helped me understand the basics. I like the teacher's subtle sense of humor too, found myself chuckling as I learned - that's always a good thing.

This guy was the best teacher I have had in person or video. H was on the money and Ii enjoyed his class. I felt I learned something... the best. I know this sounds like a friend.... i don't know this guy from Adam. Still I'm so fricking satisfied. I paid good money and got it! Sorry to say all teachers on this thing aint this dude.

A great explanation of the iMovie interface and how to deal and organize your footage. I really enjoyed watching this course, it made everything very clear for me.

Michael Wohl is one of my favourite MPV trainers. I learnt just about everything I know about Final Cut Pro from his tutorials. Now, with iMovie being so powerful, I think that this app may serve my needs just as well.
Michael is like a breath of fresh air. Yes, he knows a lot but he has that happy knack of not ramming it down your throat. His tutorials are well structured and well thought-out and delivered with his trade-mark sense of humour. PLEASE NOTE: Silliness should be part of every teachers skill-set!!
Some educators seem to drone on and on until all you want to do is turn off the computer and do something else. Michael keeps you engaged and before you know it, you've completed the course!
iMovie is not the most intuitive app I've ever encountered and I definitely would not have picked it up as well without the aid of this set of videos. A resounding 5 out of 5. Well done!!!

I have seen other videos on iMovie that just skim the surface. They don't go into any detail. I have also read a couple of books that were as clear as mud. This course gives you the indepth detail that I want. By showing you what to do and then seeing the results locks it in my mind better than just reading something and leaving you to figure it out on your own. This is an excellent program and would recommend it to anyone wishing to learn iMovie!

I had created 63 projects in version 9. I spent several weeks looking for a book on iMovie v 10, without any success. I find that this video course was every thing I had hoped for and more.
