I've already used iMovie a few times but it's been a while, so I found this course to be a great way to review tools and functions that I was starting to forget. The course also covers a bunch of really useful features I wasn't aware of previously, so I've learned new things in addition to consolidating old ones. The videos are bite-sized and easily digestible and the general feel is just nice and light.
