Hi Corinne - According to this Adobe Support page it may be something to do with the device driver or Video Rendering preference: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/green-purple-streaks-premiere-pro.html I'm not a Premier (or Windows) user myself, but I've attached one of our Premier courses to the thread (above) -- maybe one of our video gurus will have something to add..
