My problem is that when i watch the play back it is in speed + the video and sound cut each 2-3 frames and I cant edit like that I did a lot of edit with premiere pro on my PC so i know its not my pc the problem, i already uninstall and reinstalled the app and it don't work, I deleted all cache and I even pre rendered my video and it still dint work.

Apparently this is a not-uncommon issue in Premiere -- a quick search turned up numerous reports but no definitive solutions. However one person suggested the problem might have to do with the particular codec in use and transcoding to another codec might help, and another person reported that did work in at least one case.
