Hi, working my way through level 1 and the course implies there should be various example rejects to load to accompany the course ? Have I misunderstood? Are there files to download or are they only included in the DVD edition? Thanks

Hi all I've started following the new Cubase 7 102 course and when Matthew demos the sound browser, he deliberately sets the instruments to just Halon Sonic SE so that the user (me) sees exactly the same as what he sees. However I don't (bound to be me setting something up wrong or installing something wrong) In part 6 at around 6.05, in the sound browser (after resetting the browser filters) Matthew selects: Synth Pad for the category Motion for the sub category HALion Sonic SE for the Instrument. On my screen at this point the sound browser tells me I have 25 matches, on the macprovideo course screen it has 40. He then selects the sound "Black Forest" which isn't there at all for me. He then selects "Changing Places" that is there for me Before finally deciding on "Dark Sun" which isn't there for me. It's not a big deal, I just like to follow tutorials exactly and I wondered if I've set something up wrong? Many thanks Phil (Cubase 7.0.3 64 bit, windows 8)

Hi In the video at 2.00 you see 3 pictures. Gamma too low, good gamma and gamma too high. After he clicks onto the next page at 2.26, he is presented with a picture exactly the same as the Gamma Too High, yet he says it looks good, exactly as its supposed to look? Best Phil

I read the announcement that macpro have acquired askvideo and in the announcement it mentioned all the askvideo content. quote -------------------------------- AskVideo has developed a solid reputation as a leading supplier of online courses for audio software like Cubase, Logic, Native Instruments, and more. -------------------------------- I wondered what different native instrument and cubase training vids it had and when I looked, there's only the macpro training courses showing, I don't see any different content from what the macpro library has had for a while? or am I misunderstanding? Many thanks Am enjoying watching the cubase tutorials. Macpro cubase vids were excellent, but its great to watch how someone else does things too
