If I could put Snow Leopard onto my new Mini Server, I would. So far, Lion is giving me nothing but headaches with AU authorizations. You'd think that after a year the OS would be solid, but no, it isn't. Logic hangs at the AUNetReceive, and I have to force quit. I'll wait for the beta testers to test Mountain Lion. Thanks Rounik. Hi there, I remember, wayyyy back in my LCII days, that I was able to use a small picture, and replace the folder image. I did that with some folders, and my (80 meg) HDD icon. Is there anyway that I can still do that in Mountain Lion? Thanks, G.F. Big

Yeah, thanks. It doesn't work with jpegs. All it gives is the generic jpeg icon. Using PSE8, I've changed files to png files, which seem to work fine.

The only issue is, really, that I only have one folder on my desktop, the HDDs are hidden, and navigating in the finder, as per my preference, the icons are too small to bother. Oh well. It was a good idea 20 years ago, when my desktop was littered with folders. Thanks, G.F. Beeg.

Hello, Yesterday, I purchased the Melodyne tutorial. Before purchase, I scanned the general info and saw it advertised as being 180 minutes. I bought it on the assumption that, given the advertised length, it would go deeper than the free tutorials on the Celemony site. I was disappointed to find that the tutorial is only 100 minutes long, and does not really tell me much more than the free vids at Celemony. I put in a request to Support for a refund, as I would not have purchased this tut has I known that it was 80 minutes shorter than it was announced to be. The tut duration on its page has been updated, so I know that the issue has been noted, yet I have received no reply from Support (it is about 24 hours now). I would like either a refund, or a credit to purchase another tutorial. I don't think this is too much to ask under the circumstances. Thank you, Glenn

Thanks, Glenn PS, the chapters on the Formant and Amplitude tools were inverted, and 'Formant' was spelled 'format,' which made the title 'What's a Format' a little confusing--especially when it was discussing the Amplitude tool.
