Hi there, I am struggling in inserting a user rest in long notes. 1) Signature is 12/8, 4 times 3 dotted quarter notes When I have a note that lasts more than 1 dotted quarter note, the display is not musically correct: it show for instance a half note linked to a quarter note instead of two dotted quarter notes linked together. As mentioned in the tutorial of Peter Schwartz, I tried to insert a user rest of a dotted quarter note but it does not work at all. 2) Sometimes the same sequence of notes is not displayed the same way: for instance a dotted quarter note linked to a quarter note in one bar (that is musically ok), then the next bar, as the length of the notes are the same, it displays a quarter note linked to an eight note linked to a quarter note.
