I just finished the SongCraft Topic "Producing the End Men". Very informative and educational while observing the process of recording a tremendous duo. Compared to the "White Stripes" the husband and wife team up with the brain trust at Dubway Studios in NY. A really well produced and recorded song doesn't take cavernous live rooms and 21 mics on a drum kit to get huge drums and big guitars. Done correctly and with knowledge based on experience this project shows a great song can make a great recording in a small space with a few well placed mics. Thanks Dubway and The End Men.
