I have a camera there are photos in. I connected it to mac with usb wire, but nothing happened. How can I get pictures from camera to mac? For example, if I insert sd card to mac, at once appears "no name" and I can move my files as I need to.

I found the above two help pages by searching "camera photos to mac via usb apple support". Beyond that I can't really advise, I don't currently have a camera. -- the last time I did that I just removed the SD card from the camera and plugged it into the Mac.. Btw I moved this thread to the Mac OS sub-forum.

Thanks for that! I searched in google without "apple support", but there was nothing written about adapter need, like on the page you provided to me. Now I know, apple support has to be added to the search. And the easiest way, to take off sd card and insert it to the mac, I didn't came for that myself..

I use Macs, "Image Capture" utility for my iPhone, for my dslr I use LightRoom, not sure if that helps.
