    Hi - Just to clarify, you're saying that the audio is missing at the beginning of the clip but plays later on in the clip? I assume you tried bringing that clip into a fresh project, and also tried bringing other clips into the original project, to try to determine if there's an issue with the clip itself, the original project, or Premiere itself. I'm not a Premiere user [I'm an audio guy], but a quick search seemed to suggest that maybe the audio track has been turned off in the timeline..? [Although if the audio plays in part I would guess that's not the case].. I found an Adobe Help page that discusses audio issues in general: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/no-sound-playback-premiere-pro.html I also linked a course in Premier Pro [at the top, click More Info] -- there's a section on working with audio, maybe there'll be something helpful in there, or maybe a Premiere Pro user/guru will weigh in with a suggestion..
