Hi guys I'm new to Logic Pro and just purchased the complete bundle of Logic tutorials on this site. Just wondering if I should also get Martin Sitter's acclaimed book 'Logic Pro 7 and Logic Express 7' (Peachpit Press). Since I've got all the video tutorials including Martin's "Logic 101: Mastering Logic 7", is there much benefit in me getting the book? Cheers -Richi

Welcome djrichimadan! Is there much benefit in getting the book? The tutorials cover most of the same topics ... my advice is watch the tutorials first, and if you think you still need more training, them perhaps consider the book. It's really designed for people doing the Apple Certified courses, but IMHO, you can learn quicker and with faster understanding using the videos. Have fun djrichimadan! Logic is an awesome program ...

Thanks Martin. Now that you've released the Ultrabeat tutorial it seems like a bit of an anomaly that the Complete bundle is not 'complete' and doesn't include this. Any plans to update the bundle to include it, perhaps for a slightly higher cost?

No plans to add it to the complete bundle as yet. FYI, we'll be redoing the bundles in a few months, I'm not sure the complete will still be offered at that time ...

I recommend buying all the videos. I keep them in my main drive and turn to them as if they were a manual (theres a spotlight-like search tool that lets you navigate through the topics really quickly). This has saved me TONS of time because I don't have to search forums, or flip through PDF's to find an answer quickly. Worth every penny...
