hi everyone, whats the best software package to use to cut up, re-arrange, time stretch, pitch change etc etc a vocal acapella, to make a whole new sounding melody? Someone recommended Sound Forge to me, is this any good? Is there better?

I here Melodyne is hot... 'tho I've never used it myself.

is Ableton Live something you can use for this? I havn' t used it before... anyone?
