    EXS24
Hi! I use the EXS24 in LogicPro to make my own instruments. And has downlodad macpro tutorial for EXS24 in order to manage it. But I failed to create an instrument that can be played on the ethnic music. I need to create quarter tones. For example, if I should make an instrument in the range between C1-C5 and all of E s should be -50. 1 - How can I make my own instrument from a simple tone that I can adjust down or up 50% on the pitch? 2 - Can I do this with Logic Sample instruments, and how? I hope you can help me Thank you

Hi, If you want to lower all E's on ALL software instruments by 50% in a project, you can easily do this under File > Project Settings > Tuning. Select "User" and enter "-50"in the third white field. (You can change the tuning for any notes independently) If you prefer to change the tuning of a EXS24 instrument, just lower the "Fine" parameter for all E's in the EXS24 instrument editor accordingly (-50). Thanks I will try the first one. Fine tuning in the ESX, I tried before but did not work well. Maybe that is not only E is there for example E but one's in combination with other noret on same line. The sound is unclear when. But when one makes their own EXS instrument how can you put down a single tone -50? Thanks again.
