HI Finally got round to watching the Bitwig Tutorials I purchased a while ago. These are great BTW but the sound is out of sync with the video. It's a small thing but annoying when watching music playing on a timeline which is about 1/4 beat behind the images. Is this a streaming issue? Any advice, thanks Ian

Hi Ian - The audio/video sync is good here (playing back (the Beginners course) in a browser on a Mac over a wired connection)—voice/mouth sync and playback/cursor/note sync (in the MIDI note displays) are dead on—it sounds like it must be a streaming issue on the receiving end.. Btw, I've moved this thread over to the Bitwig subforum.

Thanks for the reply. It seems to be a problem with Safari. I just tried Chrome & it works fine!

Great! Our tech guys have recently been addressing issues that seem to *sometimes* occur in Safari (but usually not in Chrome)—I guess that troubleshooting is still ongoing. (The video(s) you mentioned worked in Safari for me this time, but I've seen other issues specific to that browser at times). I'll report this particular symptom to them—thanks for reporting your solution!

Thanks. I've also noticed that the video quality in Safari is nowhere near as good as Chrome. I'm on the latest version on Catalina BTW if that helps. Cheers Ian

Hi Ian - Yes, that's also one of the ongoing Safari issues that are being worked on—I guess for now just stick to Chrome. :-) PS - Catalina could potentially be part of it—it broke lots of things when it first came out and there are still some ongoing issues with it here & there even now..
