With its 100% analog drum sounds and intuitive step sequencer, Arturia's DrumBrute packs some impressive features. And it sounds huge! Join producer and trainer Multiplier in this course, and take your beat making to the next level!
Adam Pollard, A.K.A. Multiplier, is much more than a DJ, he’s a music personality with interests and connections that span the entirety of the music industry.
Arturia's DrumBrute follows the path of classic analog drum machines from the '80s, but with a modern twist. You can easily connect it to your computer via USB, and play it live with its extensive hands-on control. In this in-depth 25-tutorial course, Adam Pollard (aka Multiplier) covers all its features inside out and reveals how to tame this analog beat monster.
Right from the start, Adam gets down to business by giving an overview of the DrumBrute interface and showing how to lay down an effective moombahton beat. From there, you dive, fingers first, into the step sequencer, where you learn how to create, save and chain patterns to build full songs. You learn how to create movement and groove with the swing feature, how to add randomness to your beats, and how to master the Roller, Looper and Step Repeat features. The course is also full of cool techniques and workflow tips, such as how to use polyrhythms, how to create basslines with your DrumBrute, how to use the MIDI Control Center software, and a lot more...
So sit back and enjoy this 25-tutorial course with the awesome Adam Pollard, and get your creative juice flowing with Arturia's DrumBrute!

After, initially, having a problem getting my purchased and downloaded version of this tutorial to play in N.E.D. on my MacBook Pro, a quick note to MPV Support had the issue sorted out very quickly. Now I can say that, if you own, or are thinking of getting, an Arturia Drumbrute, this course has all the info you'll need to get you up to speed in no time. I enjoy Multiplier's enthusiastic teaching style. I recommend this course and kudos to MPV who continue to show excellent customer support, a big reason they are my main source of teaching material for all things musical!!
