Hey all, After reading all the forums and such. I decided to create my own mock logic 101 test. It may be somewhat basic so far, but I think its a good start. Hey, I just passed my Certification test. So now I'm Logic 101 Certified, which is cool The test was certainly challenging, but hey, now on to the trainer class/test.

Yea Rich, I took the class then took the exam. It was mostly review, but the test asks a lot of tricky stuff, so pay careful attention, and really really review the book. I can't over emphasize, There is a lot of stuff on there, you wouldn't think they'd put in. I like the exam though. It was challenging. 85 questions, seems like a lot of stuff to ask, but there is some repetition. I will modify the logic 8 quiz now that I know what to expect to make the test more like the real thing. There was mostly multiple choice, but at least 12 multiple multiple choice questions.

FYI: The old quiz will be retired once the final update is complete. Read my note today below. ______________________________________ HEY ALL! I really wasn't happy with the Logic 8/9 Quiz, but it was a start when I released it in 2008. We needed something closer to the real exam. 1) In the real exam, you can choose hot-spots, and perform semi-emulated real tasks 2) In the real exam, there is more relevant questions 3) In the real exam, there was xyz....... Well the profs quiz, didn't give me much to work with. Today, I'm announcing the start of the new Logic 9 Quiz. Completely rewritten, and damn close to the real thing as you're going to get. Accuracy is key here, as some older questions were incorrect, etc. Wording was off, but hey, no one was willing to help. I took the task on, and I have TWO CHAPTERS (1&2) online for your review. I love it. It works great, and has totally revolutionized my work-flow in computing. Especially finally being able to be green now. I hated pdfs before but now on the ipad is a pleasure. On the computer, not so much, i don't know why,but I just like being able to hold a small pad in my hand and read versus a computer lcd screen, doesn't do it for me. I feel others will feel the same way too.

I really hate that macprovideo doesn't contain source footage. This makes the courses a little less valuable because you don't have the footage or projects to work with. Some may say this is cool but I love the way some other sites do this. More valuable in my opinion. The quality of macprovideo stuff is great. IMHO this keeps them a lil bit under the competition. With that addition then they would probably overshoot the competition. Something to consider. Especially since it's so simple to implement, and should of been there in the first place.
