My version is the 5.4.1.211, and the problem is that my icon : the trumpet and not the icon of Kontakt, doesn't open anything ! That is this instrument, indeed. But my icon, as you can see on my previous snapshot, is not the one of Kontakt, but a trumpet, and it makes apparently all the difference !

In fact, I have already reinstalled it without any success, few days ago. The situation seems to be really desperate !
