How can I [b]fade in[/b] only the first 1-2 bars of my audio region? I have a guitar track: each time I select the region (2 bars in this case)---> go to Sample Editor---> Functions---> Fade in; I end up fading in the entire region. I just want my Acoustic intro to start soft and also [b]fade out[/b] soft at the end of the song. Any tricks? Thanks, Tochi.

Thanks Gary and Jadystacia. Automation is the best option for me here. BUT I noticed it was only possible in two of my projects (Great!) [b]But the automation shows in only 2 (instrument tracks) out of 10 tracks [/b] in my song of interest. The Guitar track I wan to [i]fade[/i] into and other tracks appear locked agains automation. Perhaps I have done something strange on the tracks and have to start recording from scratch. All the same, thanks guys......

I have played the bridge of my song with power chords using audio, acoustic guitar through the mic. The progression came out well in Logic. But I feel it could sound better. Yes I want to emulate or reproduce guitar power chords in Logic with a software instrument?

I have used HTML5 to write my book. But I am on my way to EPUB. How do I convert the html 5 to xml so I can export to Indesign. In dreamweaver, when I go file-export, I notice that the xml is not activated. In other words, how does EPUB support HTML5? Thanks guys. Amara

What I have written in HTML5 is an ebook. I am heading towards epub but don't know what step to take. I have used Caliber to convert a chapter to EPUB and it comes out well on my iPad and iPhone ibooks. Can I write an ebook with Dreamweaver? I am writing an ebook. I am creating the cover, Preface, each chapter using dreamweaver by saving each file as an xhtml file. My goal is to get the book into an ePUB format. Has anyone used Dreamweaver for an ebook project?
