If you want to search for mail inside a specific Mailbox, what do you need to do?

You cannot search specific Mailboxes; Mail will always search All Mailboxes.

That same mailbox (or folder) is replicated on the IMAP server and on any other device connecting to the same IMAP account.

Can Calendar calculate a travel time to an event's location?
No. You have to manually enter the travel time.
