What is the difference between stereo balance and stereo panning?
Balance shifts the stereo image for panning of both right and left channels. Stereo panning is only available on mono channels.
Balance is simply adjusting the volume between the right and left channel. Stereo Panning pans the entire image.
Balance can only pan mono channels across the stereo field. Stereo panning allows for two independent pan knobs on a stereo track.
